Tea Jelly

Tea jelly has long been popular in Western Europe and the UK but is still relatively new to Canada. Similar to a jam, our Tea Jelly is flavoured with tea rather than fruit. Try it on a warm scone with a blob of Devonshire cream. You can also use our tea jelly as a sweetener - it is perfect as a replacement for sugar in your favourite teas.
