Sales Associate - Retail Store and Wine Shop

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to assist in our busy tasting room and retail shop. We currently have an opening for a seasonal (July - October) position, with the possibility of extending into the off-season. Wine experience is an asset, but not necessary – we are happy to share our knowledge with you. Job duties include:

Selling wine and providing wine tastings
Assisting customers
Serving ice cream
Stocking shelves
Light housekeeping
Assistance with packaging
Event promotion
Other tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service
Sales experience is an asset
Serving it Right Certificate
Food Safe Certificate an asset
At least 19 years of age
Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
Able to lift approx. 40lbs (a case of wine)
