Our special gas-flame kettle has one use - to make the best brittle possible from a recipe our founder developed decades ago. Our brittle is only made in small batches and when it is cooking in the Summerland Sweets kitchen, the lovely aroma wafts throughout the store. It is hard to resist such deliciousness. We have six flavours to please any palate.
